for it. Right from the start, we will develop and produce our products in a sustainable and resource-saving way.

Stop CO² compensation
Many companies ease their guilty conscience by spending a lot of money on CO² compensation.
However, this does not make their products more sustainable or environmentally friendly. This so-called sustainable method is the wrong approach, and we want to go in a different direction. That‘s why we develop and produce our products sustainably and as resource-efficiently as possible right from the start.
In the heart of Europe
Our location in North Macedonia enables us to realise shorter supply chains of raw materials, and we focus on European suppliers. At the same time, the delivery routes of our finished products are shorter.
A wing from BRAINCHILD Production does not have to travel halfway around the world on a container ship to arrive in the important core market of Europe. Both save significant amounts of CO².
In addition, we do not use typical screen-printing processes.
Instead, BRAINCHILD uses only digital printing with Eco
Solvent Ink.
This way, we avoid environmentally harmful printing inks and
a large amount of residual waste. Digital printing allows us to
create unique, individual designs without limits. The finished
product looks incredible and protects the environment
simultaneously – which makes sense.
Save water
We have developed a process that allows us to print materials digitally.
By printing, we use four times less water compared to dyed cloths. Furthermore, only white fabrics are used, which means there is no wastage of dyed material offcuts or the issue of any material colour shortage. This unique process makes resource planning much easier too.
Energy directly from the roof
Our production facilities are powered by renewable energy.
We have equipped our hall roofs with solar panels so that we have a neutral energy balance all year round.
Energy is traditionally the biggest polluter in a production facility which needs power to run the lights, machines and heating. Therefore, we generate all our power from our high-end solar solution.

Recycled raw materials and recycled end products
Equally essential for us are the materials we use. A central issue here: plastics. Plastic parts can be made from recycled or recyclable materials.
In cooperation with local companies, we recycle plastics for our hardware parts.
Our vision: Recycling in our own recycling station
We want to recycle materials in-house in the long term.
This is the only way to ensure a flawless recycling process, knowing exactly where all our materials originate.
